NOTICE: Certification for 2025 is now locked. Re-certification for returning brokers is also locked.
Brokers who did not complete re-certification for 2026 by 12/1/25 have been decertified. The full certification training is required for returning brokers who have been decertified.
No broker certifications or recertifications will be processed from 12/1/25-1/2/26. All brokers who complete training on or after 12/1/25 will be reviewed for approval/recertification after 1/2/26.
Individuals will receive two (2) attempts to pass the final exam.
To be certified, brokers must complete the exam with a score of at least 80%.
