Notice: 2026 Broker Certification is now open.

All newly-certifying brokers and Maine Enrollment Assisters must complete the full training course for 2026. Returning brokers and Maine Enrollment Assisters may take the shortened re-certification course. If you did not complete the full certification or recertification for 2025, you MUST complete the full certification for 2026.

If you are not a current CoverME.gov broker and would like to access the CoverME.gov broker portal before 11/1, you will also need to complete the full training for 2025 in addition to the 2026 training.  If you complete training for 2025 first, you may then complete the shortened recertification training for 2026.

Individuals will receive two (2) attempts to pass the final exam. To be certified, brokers must complete the exam with a score of at least 80%.
